Solfernus' Path is the sixth album by the Polish Symphonic black metal band Darzamat, released on August 28, 2009. It was recorded at several studios in Poland. The drums and guitars were recorded at HH Poland Studio in Gliwice, while the vocals were tracked at Maq Studio. The keyboard parts were recorded at Spectre's (Darzamat's keyboard player) home studio. The album was produced by Jonas Kjellgren (Scar Symmetry) himself, just like Transkarpatia was and with the guest appearance of Andy La Rocque (King Diamond) himself who played the solo part of the song King of Burning Anthems. La Rocque recorded his part in his own Sonic Train Studios in Varberg. They met Andy during the work on their previous album Transkarpatia which he was responsible for the production of that album.
On the events of the Polish band's camp, Nera - the female vocalist of the band - comments: """This is the first concept album in Darzamat's history. The story contained in the album takes place in an indeed mystical decor which is created by the mansion of Countess Josephine von Kuchmeister. The inspiration for the very mansion was derived from situated in Gliwice Willa Caro as well as from the Palaces in Pławniowice and Świerklaniec. The action of "Solfernus' Path" takes place at the beginning of XXth century. We are coming back with the new album after the almost two-year break and therefore we are very excited about the fact new material will soon be brought to our fans. The concept album is a certain kind of novelty for us, however, we've been nursing the idea of doing it for a long time. This is a coherent story being told by the lyrics and the music."""

More Information - Crushed Butler were a British protopunk/hard rock band that existed between 1969 and 1971. According to 2008's Pretty Vacant: A History of UK Punk, the band "was, in many ways, Britain's first proto-punk band." Band members went on to form Darryl Read's Beat Existentialists The Gorillas and to pursue solo careers.Crushed Butler formed in 1969 with a line-up of Jesse Hector (guitar, vocals), Alan Butler (bass guitar), and Darryl Read (drums). They initially played cover versions of other bands' songs, before writing original material. They are often regarded as protopunk, but have also been classed as a hard rock band.

The band auditioned for several record labels including EMI and Decca, but failed to secure a deal. For their 1970 session for EMI, they were only allowed to record their own "Factory Grime" after recording producer Roger Ferris' choice, "Love Is All Around Me", and the label's aversion to "Factory Grime" saw them lose interest in the band. In early 1971, the band changed their name to Tiger, and the line-up had also changed to include Barry Mitchell, formerly a member of an early version of Queen Then Neil Christian of The Crusaders managed them for some time as Tiger, with Arthur Anderson playing bass guitar, but without an improvement in their fortunes, and split up later that year when Read took up a job as a songwriter at Track Records.

Hector and Butler continued as Helter-Skelter and went on to form The Hammersmith Gorillas (later shortened to The Gorillas), while Read pursued a solo career, as well as working as an actor. Read's works have included three albums (Beat Existentialist (1991) and Freshly Dug (1999) with Ray Manzarek, Bleeding Paradise being the last to date in 2007. In 2000 he starred alongside Jamie Foreman and Zoot Money in the feature film Remember a Day playing the leading role of Roger Bannerman, a reclusive rock star. He currently performs rock concerts with his group Beat Existentialists in Europe and the USA. His later literary works works have included a biographical novel, Stardom Road, and SET, selected poetry works illustrated by George Underwood.

The Crushed Butler recordings were eventually released in 1998 by Dig The Fuzz Records on the Uncrushed album.

Manegarm:
Erik Grawsiö – Vocals, Drums
Markus Andé – Guitar
Jonas Almquist – Guitar
Pierre Wilhelmsson – Bass
Janne Liljeqvist – Violin
Jacob Hallegren - Live/Session Drums

The band started from the ideas of Svenne Rosendal, Jonas Almquist, and Pierre Wilhelmsson in 1995. After securing another guitarist in Mårten Matsson and a drummer in Erik Grawsiö, they began rehearsing as "Antikrist". By 1996, they had changed their name to Månegarm, after the vampire wolf of Norse legend, apt for a band concentrating on Viking metal, and early that year, they began recording first demo Vargaresa (Wolf's Journey) in 1996. After the recording, Rosendal and Matsson left to be replaced by Jonny Wranning (vocals) and Markus Andé (guitar).
With the second demo, Ur Nattvindar, folk metal became part of their sound, including violins and female vocals for the first time, and they were signed by Displeased Records. Soon afterwards, Wranning left the band and was replaced by Viktor Hemgren. At the end of the year, they went back into Sunlight studios to record their first full-length album, Nordstjärnans Tidsålder (The Age of the Northstar).
In the summer of 1999, they began recording their next album, Havets Vargar. Because of some difficulty with the recording studio, they took some time off from recording the album. During this time off, Viktor Hemgren was fired, but instead of finding a new vocalist, Grawsiö assumed the duties along with his drumming. Also during this time, Janne Liljekvist was added as a full member. With the line up now solidified, they finished recording the album and released it in 2000.
The band's two demos were remastered and released as an album in 2004, with fourth studio album Vredens Tid (Age of Wrath) issued in 2005, followed by performances on the European festival circuit that summer. After one further EP on Displeased, a completely-acoustic folk music EP, Urminnes Hävd (The Forest Sessions), the band moved to Swedish label Black Lodge, who issued the group's sixth album, Vargstenen (Wolf Stone) in 2007.

A new album called Nattväsen is due to be released on October 22, 2009 via Regain Records.

Dark Funeral:
Emperor Magus Caligula (Masse Broberg) - vocals (since 1995), bass (1995 - 2001)
Lord Ahriman (Micke Svanberg) - guitar (since 1993)
Chaq Mol (Bo Karlsson) - guitar (since 2003)
Dominator (Nils Fjellström) - drums (since 2007)
B-Force - bass (since 2005)

As far as the history of this undoubtedly great black metal band is very wide, I'll not write whole information, just little information blank.

Dark Funeral is a black metal band from Stockholm, Sweden. They are one of the bands to have emerged in Sweden during the Second wave of black metal.
Their lyrical themes have traditionally pertained to Satanism and anti-Christianity - with Lord Ahriman and Emperor Magus Caligula being practitioners of LaVeyan Satanism. In their earlier years their lyrical themes usually revolved specifically around depictions of Hell and Satan, but since Emperor Magus Caligula joined the band their lyrics have focused more on blasphemy and anti-Christian rhetoric although there have been several exceptions to this.

Angelus Exuro pro Eternus (roughly translated to "Burning Angels For Eternity") is Dark Funeral's fifth studio album, which was officially released on November 18 2009 via Regain Records. It was recorded at Abyss Studio in Grangärde (Sweden) with renowned engineer and producer Peter Tägtgren, who also produced Dark Funeral's earlier studio albums (with the exception of 2005's Attera Totus Sanctus). Musically it has been described as the bands most technical and varied album to date with considerably more progression and innovation while remaining "true to its roots".
